GDPRP - Privacy Policy

I. Import

"oikotek.gr" (hereinafter: "the Company"), as controller, informs you about the collection method and the information about you.

Personal data (hereinafter "Data") is any information that refers to natural persons whose identity is known or can be ascertained.

The protection of your personal data is very important to the Company, which takes measures in this direction when collecting personal data. The Privacy Policy - Information about the subjects of personal data lists the type of information it may collect and informs you about how, for how long and for what purpose we use this information. It applies to prospective Franchisees.

II. Subject data, personal data we collect and process, sources of personal data extraction:

We collect the data that you submit to us either on paper or via the corresponding format on our website https://oikotek.gr (name, city, phone, email, occupation, previous administrative experience, criminal convictions). We also collect any information you provide to us when you contact us through our FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, TWITTER and LINKEDIN pages (username, image, and any other information you have made public), any information you provide to our partners – Franchise sellers and any they grant us during the first contact between us (in addition to the above data, gender and date of birth). Your information may also be collected from public sources to which you have permitted registration (eg otewhitepages).

III. Purpose of processing personal data - Legal Basis of Processing

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is, in principle, your consent (article 6 par. 1 of a general Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter “GDPR”).

We process your personal data only for the specific purposes for which you have collected it and for which you have disclosed it to us.

Your refusal to provide us with this data results in an unreasonable inability on our part to satisfy your requests/interests.

In cases where we collect your personal data that you have already made public through the display of it through financial pages, the legal basis for our collection and processing is our legitimate interest (Article 6 para. 1 f. GDPR), as we collect and use it in order to get in touch with you and investigate your interest and your possibility to join as a Franchisee in our company's real estate transactions network, with the aim of expanding said network.

IV. Communication and Transmission of Data

Your data is not shared or transmitted to third parties.

V. Retention Time of Your Data

In the event that the legal basis for our processing of your Data is based on your consent, your Data is managed until your consent is withdrawn.

In addition:

Your Data is kept for as long as the communications between us are carried out to investigate the possibility of cooperation for the conclusion of a Justice contract. In the event that a contract is signed, these are deleted.

If no contract follows, we keep these for a period of five (5) years from the last communication that took place in the context of the first approach, in order to check whether in that time there is a need for a new proposal for cooperation. If within five years there has been no communication, the data is deleted. If there is communication, but no contract is concluded, your data is kept for another five years from the last communication. If there is no communication during this time or if it does not lead to a contract, your data will be deleted.

VI. Your rights

Under applicable data protection law, you have the right to:

(a) to check whether and what kind of personal data we hold about you and to have access to or request copies of your personal data;

(b) require the correction, completion or deletion of your personal data interrogated or obtained within the applicable arrangements;

(c) request that we restrict the collection, processing or use of your personal data;

(d) in exceptional cases, not to allow for legal reasons the processing of your personal data,

(e) request the transfer of your data,

(f) know the identity of the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,

(g) withdraw your consent.

You can exercise the above rights by sending a relevant e-mail to the address info@oikotek.grIn one in such a case, we respond to your request within a period of one month, unless the request is particularly complex or there are a number of similar requests.

(h) appeal to the Personal Data Protection Authority for issues related to the processing of your personal data. VII. Changes to the privacy policy - Extension

The Company may amend/enrich this Personal Data Protection Policy. Please check the Effective Date at the beginning of this Policy to see when it was last revised. Any revision will be effective as soon as we post the revised Policy.

If we make material changes to this Policy that expand the processing of your Data, we will update and provide an option to opt-out of our future processing of your Data.

This Privacy Statement is governed by Greek Law. For the resolution of any dispute that has as its cause, the courts of Athens are exclusively competent.
